I was asked to hand letter parts of a wedding document for one of the librarians at Carthage College. They wanted it hand-lettered since they believed that just writing it in would ruin such a beautifully printed document. Since I have zero knowledge of the Hebrew language, it was a real challenge to get all the lettering just right. After many hours of practicing the letterforms in my sketchbook, I used fine-tipped pens to tightly letter in the names and dates on the document. They loved it!
